Dr. Ahmad and his staff provide the upmost comprehensive care to their patients. My wife suffers from dental phobia, but Dr. Ahmad makes her feel at ease with his chair side manner and dental skill. I also have to say that I LOVE the televisions playing hgtv in front of all the chairs. Assistant and dentist were both amazing. The assistant was gentle and purposeful with the cheek x-ray contraption, and the dentist spent a great deal of time not only fixing my pain, but also explaining the source and progression using panoramic x-rays on their large screens and physical models in hand. I appreciated that he talked “up” to me and not down, and then answered all questions. I have had many dentists; I hope I never have to leave this one. -D.R.

I had a good visit with the cleaning, and evaluation done for the offered dental program at the Kentlands Dentistry clinic. Both were performed by no other than Dr. Syed, Aisha DMD. She is a good Dentist doctor and she knows what to do with the treatment of my dental needs. The staff are good, friendly, courteous and accommodating. The place is clean. -J.C.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile now.   Dr. Ahmad rocks.   He is skilled, very patient, and has great bedside manner.   Always takes the time to explain things and doesn’t mind lots of questions.   He is careful and takes time as needed to make sure the job is done right.  I like him enough that I referred my family members to him,  and even after we moved about an hour from the area,  I still come back to see him.  So that’s saying a lot.   Also,  he’s very down to Earth, and there’s something very comforting about seeing him greet you out at the front (most dentists tend to stay in the back, while his office feels more personable).  The extras he gives you to take home are nice perks as well.  🙂 -G.H

This is a 6 star dentist.  I went in because an old filling dropped out.  Dr. Ahmad did my filling and it was pain free.  I have a new dentist for life.  After my appointment,  I immediately made my next appointment for cleaning.  I used to go to Dr. Pat Murray, who is an excellent dentist, but when I changed jobs, Dr. Murray did not take my new insurance,  I had to move on.  I went to North Potomac smiles, did not like it.  I’m so glad I found Dr. Ahmad because he is personable like Dr. Murray.  Dr. Ahmad, thank you so much for a great service, and what is so special,  is the projection glasses,  that was a nice touch.  Dr. Ahmad is a world class and he educates you about your dental health.  I was very impressed and glad to find such world class dentist, the best of the best.  Thank you Dr. Ahmad.  The hygienist is also great. -F.N

I have had Dr. Ahmad as my dentist now for 5 years. I was delighted when he first opened his own practice. I switched over to his practice from the one I was going to before even though it’s about 20 minutes further away from me. I even moved 120 miles away to Charlottesville Virginia for work. I still make the 3 hour drive to come and see him because he has weekend hours and I simply won’t be able to get as good service or work done anywhere else.

The staff is incredibly nice and kind. They are all very friendly and they make you feel at home. I use to hate going to the dentist the first 19 years of my life, but since I started seeing Dr. Ahmad I look forward to my visit every 6 months.

On top of being kind, funny, and etc. They do excellent dental work here. Dr. Ahmad is an utter perfectionist. According to him a good job isn’t good enough. If it’s not excellent then he isn’t satisfied. -J.P

“I’m a wimp. I HATE going to the dentist. This was the least painful cleaning I have ever had. The massage chair and TV helped with distracting me as well. The dentist himself did my cleaning and the staff worked around my pregnancy without a hiccup. Friendly kind staff, got my husband into an unexpected opening same day as my appointment and helped distract my two year old while we waited in the lobby. Best of all no cavities! It has been over 5 years since my last cleaning and I was expecting to be told I had all sorts of issues. I will be back.” -K.M.

“Dr Ahmad took over my dentists office in Olney when he moved his practice and from the beginning, I liked his manner, his professionalism and his work. He listens to you and is a great doctor if you have gum tooth or any mouth pain. He has made custom mouth guards for clenching and TMJ for two members of my family and symptoms have stopped including gum pain and headaches. He checks all his patients for any swelling or abnormality of the face/neck/head glands as a pre-cancer checkup which no other dentist has offered. The office is well run and all the staff are pleasant. Insurance is filed for you and going there is a breeze. The instruments are sterilized and well cared for. His dental hygenist, offers great cleanings. He is currently doing a dental implant to replace a broken tooth for much less than the oral surgeon office that removed it, and I am very pleased with all fo his work. My family of 5 have all been to him and enjoy going back. His kind hands and warm smile will win you over.”  -D.B.
